A state panel has approved some pricey tolls on Washington's 520 floating bridge. The state legislature now must approve the tolls with a two-third majority. Drivers could pay as much as $3.50 each way during commuter hours, $2.80 during off-peak hours and nothing overnight from 11 p.m. - 5 a.m. If the state legislature approves the tolls, will you avoid the 520 bridge?
