I can't believe anyone would agree that it is okay to have a billboard of a baby drinking beer. Most kids underage would laugh about it and have another beer. Use some common sense and make a billboard that truly shows the effects it.

No, If it outrages people, maybe they will get the message. These days only shock will get people's attention. It's sad that it has come to this. Signs of the times.

As a parent, I find the idea of a billboard with a baby drinking beer to be horrible. And if the billboard was to be directed at myself, as a parent, then the "shock" would bring me more aware. However, is it parents who the Connecticut State Health Officials targeting? I agree with the first Anonymous poster. The underage kids who are drinking would find that funny and it wouldn't affect them or change their habits in the least. The health officials need to provide anti-underage drinking billboards that will affect the ones DOING the underage drinking. Think about it...I'm sure the majority of the underage drinkers' parents have idea what their kids are doing to begin with.
